Walking to Wellbeing
In these sessions for adults, we explore the simple things we can do to improve our wellbeing. Our walks are designed to support wellbeing from 3 perspectives.
Physical Health - Exercise is one of the best things we can do for our bodies. These gentle walks are a great opportunity to get some movement into the day.
Mental Health – Each of our sessions will be themed around the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. They will include a short practical exercise, a guided walking discussion and will finish with some reflection time. All planned to build new habits which support wellbeing.
Social connection – Walking can bring great conversations and help strengthen friendships or build new connections.
The walks can be delivered in a series or as stand-alone workshops. Get in touch for more info.
