AI for Humans: Wellbeing, Creativity & Community

These thoughtful, accessible workshops help people explore how to use AI tools in ways that support human wellbeing, creativity, and connection. We explore everyday uses, ethical questions, and creative play — with a warm, practical, and non-technical approach. Sessions are shaped by participant needs, and always grounded in care and clarity.

“It felt spacious and supportive. I learnt loads and also had time to reflect — a rare combo in a training space.”

Wellbeing Days for Community Groups and Organisations

Joy Ethic co-designs beautiful, nourishing days that bring people together to rest, connect, and try something new. These events combine one or more of the following; creative sessions, physical treatments, shared meals, reflective practices, and a warm welcome. They are often held in partnership with local organisations and can include accessible childcare, creative drop-ins, or massage and mindfulness depending on your budget. The format is designed to offer real care and dignity, especially for those who rarely get time for themselves.
“Lovely time, lovely food – many thanks to all the people who have led and organised it.”
“This is the first time I’ve left my 15-month-old with anyone other than family… soon I felt at ease and really relaxed.”
“It’s grounding, calming, supportive, and valuable.”
“First time in a long while I’ve done something purely for myself.”
